Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production of

  LT Cables and Conductors

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards (IS/IEC specifications)

  and safety guidelines.
• Plan and manage

  production schedules, resources, and manpower

  for optimum output.
• Implement process improvements to increase

  efficiency, reduce wastage, and control costs

  .
• Coordinate with

  Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain

  teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure

  timely order execution

  .
• Lead and mentor production staff, ensuring discipline and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years

  of proven experience in

  LT Cable & Conductor manufacturing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  extrusion, stranding, bunching, armoring, and sheathing processes

  .
• Understanding of

  IS/IEC standards

  and

  quality systems (ISO, BIS, etc.)

  .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree/Diploma in

  Electrical/Mechanical/Production Engineering

  preferred.
