Production Head

As a Production Planning Specialist, your role involves preparing detailed production planning and implementing it effectively with workers. You will be responsible for analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and then implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Developing and maintaining detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan - Identifying and addressing quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions - Managing project timelines and budgets for production process improvements - Providing technical support to production operators and training them on new processes and procedures Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in production planning and process improvement - Strong analytical skills to analyze production data effectively - Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and practices - Project management skills to manage timelines and budgets effectively You will also be responsible for providing technical support to production operators and training them on new processes and procedures.
