Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Production Head - Events. The Production Head will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth event operations. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee and execute events from concept to completion
Skills in Budgeting and financial analysis to manage event costs efficiently
Sales expertise to identify new opportunities and build business relationships
Leadership and team management abilities to oversee cross-functional teams
Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in event production
Total experience required 5 to 8 years
