Job Overview:

Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve output as per production targets.
Ensure smooth functioning of
Weldshop, CNC, VMC, Laser Cutting, TIG & MIG Welding operations.
Implement
ISO audits, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing practices
on the shop floor.
Plan and monitor
production schedules
as per cycle time and customer requirements.
Control and reduce
rejection rates
by identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
Maintain
cost control
by optimizing resources, manpower, and material utilization.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Design departments for continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Train and develop production staff to improve efficiency and technical skills.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in a production leadership role in
sheet metal, automobile, or bicycle industry.
Strong technical knowledge of
Weldshop, CNC, VMC, Laser, TIG & MIG welding.
Experience in
ISO audits, 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing techniques.
Ability to monitor
cycle time, production efficiency, rejection control, and cost control.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
