Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Head (Dairy Manufacturing / Dairy Plant) located in Mumbai. The Production Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dairy manufacturing process. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, optimizing production processes, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Production Head will work to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that high-quality products are consistently delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dairy Products manufacturing and management
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Food & Beverage safety standards
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to manage and optimize production processes efficiently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Relevant experience in dairy manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field
