Production Head - CNC Sliding head machines/VMC

Key Requirements –

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage CNC SLIDING HEAD /VMC/Turning operations to ensure optimal productivity and precision.
• Develop and implement machining strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Review blueprints and machining instructions to plan and execute operations effectively.
• Monitor and inspect workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding and honing machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machining processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain inventory of tools and consumables required for grinding and honing operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience , with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and machining tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with advanced grinding and honing technologies and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
