Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a leading food manufacturing unit as a Production Executive. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the production processes, ensure product quality, maintain efficient operations, and coordinate activities to meet production targets. This role requires a strong understanding of food manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the food manufacturing process. - Coordinate with the production team to meet production targets and schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. - Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all production stages. - Assist in maintaining production equipment and machinery, ensuring they function correctly and scheduling routine maintenance as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or technical issues that arise during production. - Maintain accurate records of production data, including raw material usage, production yields, and other necessary reports. - Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. - Ensure proper inventory control measures are followed to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. - Train, guide, and supervise production staff to ensure high standards of efficiency and safety. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and resolve any issues promptly. - Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes, techniques, or technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all aspects of production, including equipment and material handling. - Assist in reporting and implementing corrective actions for any deviations in production quality or process. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - 2+ years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing role in the food industry. - Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of production planning and inventory management systems. - Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.,
