The ideal candidate must have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment , with a proven track record of filling positions across multiple domains and levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and networking Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate pipelines Negotiate offers and close positions within set timelines Prepare regular hiring reports Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in core recruitment Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and niche roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup Experience working with KPIs and hiring metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Remote
