Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive located in Gurugram. The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring the implementation of production plans, managing production schedules, and maintaining quality control standards. The role includes coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing production data to optimize processes and improve efficiencies. The role also includes mandatory travel, paid for by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Knowledge of Food Technology and Quality Control
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• 3-4 years experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
