Production Executive

Job Description

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and timely delivery of products. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met on time. Supervise shop floor operations and manage manpower allocation. Monitor raw material availability and communicate requirements to procurement. Maintain production logs, records, and reports accurately. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Work closely with Quality Control/Assurance teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Train and guide workers and machine operators for optimized performance. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of production planning and control Basic understanding of quality management systems Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with safety and regulatory guidelines Proficiency in MS Office Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree required Certification in Production or Operations Management is an advantage Pharmaceuticals backround will most prefrable. Experience: 1–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (depending on seniority) Working Conditions: Based in a factory/plant setting Shift work may be required Use of safety gear and adherence to standard operating procedures is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
