Responsibilities:

Operations

· Manage the team and arrange resources for assembly operations

· Create Bill of Materials and Production Orders in

· Responsible for quality controls & pre-dispatch inspection

Material Planning & Procurement

· Co-ordinate with sales team and plan material flows to ensure timely order fulfilment with optimum inventory levels.

· Decide on the right SKUs and product combinations for ordering

· Identify local vendors to supply components, matching the quality standards of the principal products

Logistics & Warehousing

· Lead logistics operations, inbound & outbound, including customs clearances

· Responsible for warehousing and co-ordination with client & sales for mockups & supplies

· Co-ordinate with the principal suppliers, freight forwarders & CHAs for timely material availability

· Develop material handling & transportation guidelines for each of the product lines

· Continuously working on improving the lead times

Operations

What you need to have:

- An engineering/ diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical

- Decent skills with MS excel & word

- A go getter continuously looking at improving processes

- Unflinching sense of commitment and responsibility to do whatever it takes to ensure operations run smoothly
