Job Description

Responsibilities:

On-site delivery and installation
Coordinate project logistics, packing and packaging
Warehouse supervision, stock, and inventory maintenance
Any other related requirement that may be given to you
Own day-to-day supplier communication-RFQs, follow-ups, delivery schedules, and issue resolution-to ensure on-time supply.
Create and release accurate Purchase Orders as per approved quotes/scope, ensuring correct specs, quantities, rates, taxes, and delivery terms.
Verify vendor invoices against PO, flag discrepancies, and route for timely approvals and payment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management
2 years
minimum, preferably in the field of Production.
Strong understanding of inward-outward processes and inventory control systems
Experience in managing and supervising vendor teams or on-ground labour
Effective communication skills for coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure
