Role & responsibilities Production Operations Manage day-to-day production activities for pharma, beauty, and cosmetic products. Execute batch manufacturing processes as per approved BMR/MFR and SOPs. Monitor dispensing, compounding, mixing, filling, and packing operations. Ensure all production activities comply with GMP/cGMP, GLP, and safety standards. Coordinate with QC/QA teams for in-process quality checks and batch release. Process & Quality Compliance Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Ensure timely equipment calibration and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain clean room standards and hygiene protocols throughout the production area. Support validation and qualification activities (process, equipment, and cleaning). Resource Management Coordinate manpower planning and manage shift operations. Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and required consumables. Optimize production efficiency by reducing wastage and improving yield. Coordination & Reporting Liaise with R&D, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflows. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and update production KPIs. Support new product trials, scale-ups, and formulation changes. Preferred candidate profile Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science) or related fields. Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Pharma, Beauty, Personal Care, or Cosmetic manufacturing. Hands-on experience in batch processing, filling, and packaging operations. Technical Skills: Good understanding of GMP/cGMP & regulatory compliance. Knowledge of emulsions, creams, lotions, gels, and cosmetic formulations. Experience with MFR/BMR, SOPs, ERP/SAP, and production documentation.
