• Experience in production management, team leadership, and process optimization

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Knowledge in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
