Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Production Execution Manager for our Siliguri, West Bengal location. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end production operations while serving as the key point of contact for all post-sales customer interactions. The manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure high-quality output, optimize team performance, and maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A core responsibility includes taking seamless handover of clients from the sales team, ensuring all production requirements and expectations are clearly understood and implemented. The manager will provide customers with a structured pre-wedding roadmap, offer guidance throughout the production process, and ensure their satisfaction at every stage. This includes managing custom client needs, coordinating timelines, handling real-time updates, and overseeing final delivery and handover. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to balance production efficiency with personalized customer service. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of accountability for both production execution and customer satisfaction, making sure the final output aligns with the client’s vision and is delivered on time. Prior experience in production management, events, or a customer-centric environment is essential. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven setting. Qualifications Experience in production management, team leadership, and process optimization Fluent English. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Knowledge in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
