Production Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Development by the help of Designing & manufacturing process. 2. Prepare BOM (Bill of materials) and resource allocation required for production. 3. Coordinate and attend client meetings to understand project requirements and resolve technical queries. 4. Conduct site visits before the commencement of work to assess feasibility and provide technical input. 5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes. 6. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines. 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and product development. Qualification & Skills: 1. Having good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Google Sheets 2. B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) 3. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks and CAD designing. 4. Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection. 5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze technical challenges and provide effective solutions. 6. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions. 7. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
