Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Production Engineer based in Sakti. The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing production processes to ensure the efficient manufacturing of equipment. The role involves overseeing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to meet project goals. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in production planning, manufacturing processes, and operations management
• Strong understanding of quality assurance practices and mechanical systems
• Experience with production equipment troubleshooting and process optimization
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process supervision skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field required
• Previous experience in equipment manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
