Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure proper operation of machines, tools, and equipment with minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Work closely with the quality team to ensure products meet required standards.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Support new product development and trials in coordination with R&D and design teams.
Monitor and control manpower allocation, workflow, and shift planning.
Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
26 years of experience in a manufacturing company (freshers can also be considered for junior roles).
Experience in heavy machinery / automotive / fabrication / plastics / etc.
