Production Engineer

Apply today! Key Responsibilities: • • Assist in setting up, operating, and improving manufacturing processes. Support production teams in resolving mechanical issues related to machines, jigs, and fixtures. • • • Assist in line balancing, time studies, and productivity improvement initiatives. Work on cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and process efficiency improvement. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manufacturing tolerances, and assembly requirements. • • • Coordinate with design and quality teams for product development and validation. Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM). Maintain documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and maintenance logs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • • • • • • • • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 12 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, etc.). Knowledge of production planning, process flow, and root cause analysis tools. Familiarity with ERP, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
