Production Engineer / Supervisor - Electrical

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor / Engineer with a BE in Electrical Engineering to oversee the assembly of industrial control panels and sensor windows. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the assembly process of industrial control panels and sensor windows.
• Allocate tasks to team members and monitor performance to meet production goals. Plan for weekly production as per plan, shifts of manpower etc.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and perform inspections during assembly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in electrical components and assembly processes.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.
• Maintain production records and update documentation in ERP and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE-Electrical).
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably with control panels or sensors.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical components and assembly processes.
• Manpower handling
• Basic knowledge of ERP/ SAP /MS Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
