The in-line activity of the division is carried out under one roof, ensuring total quality control at every stage of production.
· Handle HTS, phosphating, and chromium plating processes.
· Plan daily production and ensure targets are achieved.
· Allocate manpower and machines as per requirements.
· Plan resources, coordinate maintenance, and raise indents for needed materials.
· Monitor production and check quality at every stage.
· Control and reduce rework and rejections.
· Qualification – B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
