Production Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities for the manufacturing of equipment. Must Have Knowledge of filament winding, curing ,cutting, lamination , and Finishing operations Utilize MS Project to create and manage project schedules, track progress, and allocate resources efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing streamlined methodologies. Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet production targets and adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Assist in inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and cost. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high product standards and implement necessary corrective actions. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on production progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in equipment manufacturing or a similar production environment. Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Project for project planning and management. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
