Must Have Knowledge of filament winding, curing ,cutting, lamination , and Finishing operations Utilize MS Project to create and manage project schedules, track progress, and allocate resources efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing streamlined methodologies. Assist in inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and cost. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in equipment manufacturing or a similar production environment. Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Project for project planning and management. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. The role involves managing the roll-forming equipment, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with design and quality teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise LGS production activities to meet project deadlines. Monitor production efficiency, output quality, and machine performance. Ensure raw material availability and proper usage during production. Equipment Handling: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot roll-forming machines and related equipment. Identify and resolve quality issues during production processes. Work closely with the quality control team to implement quality improvements.
