Production Engineer

A production engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and excellent communication to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and maintain quality standards across the production line. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving production issues, coordinating equipment maintenance, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the production engineer will analyze production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving measures. Key qualities of a production engineer include good knowledge in electronics components, testing, and soldering. The ideal candidate should have a qualification in Electronics, ITI, or Diploma. The desired experience for this position is either a fresher or up to 1 year. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The selected candidate may be eligible for a performance bonus.
