Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute efficient manufacturing and process flows for injection molding operations.
  • Oversee toolroom operations, including maintenance and repair of molds and dies.
  • Optimize production for higher efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent quality.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely output.
6 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.
  • 0-1 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing operations (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, toolroom operations, and production planning.
  • Good knowledge of quality inspection, process control, and safety standards.
