Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing the final assembly operations of reactor units to ensure production targets are met with high quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing assembly teams, monitoring workflow, assembling mechanical and metal components, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day activities in the reactor final assembly section. - Assemble mechanical and metal components according to engineering drawings and instructions. - Conduct testing of the final product to ensure quality standards are maintained. - Implement safety protocols to create a safe working environment. - Prepare and maintain production reports and related documentation. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes. - Hands-on experience in supervising production/assembly teams. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Effective communication and leadership skills. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen practices would be advantageous. Qualification & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in production/assembly supervision, preferably in heavy equipment, reactor, or manufacturing industries.,
