Job Description

Production Engineer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
Work closely with the Quality and Design teams to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance.
Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
Maintain production records and prepare necessary documentation as per ISO 13485 or other relevant standards.
Participate in process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues under supervision.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in medical devices or precision instruments.
Understanding of quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.) is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Educational Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
(or related discipline).
