We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer (Fresher) to join our medical equipment manufacturing team. The role involves supporting production processes, ensuring product quality, and adhering to industry regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications. Work closely with the Quality and Design teams to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance. Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols. Maintain production records and prepare necessary documentation as per ISO 13485 or other relevant standards. Participate in process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives. Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues under supervision. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Key Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in medical devices or precision instruments. Understanding of quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.) is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).

As a Production Engineer / Soldering Technician , you will be responsible for soldering and testing PCB assemblies, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards, and maintaining production records. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical devices. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components. Inspect soldered assemblies according to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. Analyze electronic components and assemblies for quality and functionality. Read and interpret process documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings. Conduct testing of PCB assemblies and troubleshoot failures. Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate production and testing records. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in component identification. Hands-on experience with manual and SMT soldering processes. Familiarity with ESD precautions and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. Ability to handle test equipment for electronic assemblies. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Education: Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Communication. Preferred Candidate Profile (Not mandatory for freshers): Minimum 1 year of experience in manual soldering of SMD and through-hole components. Knowledge of PCB testing and problem analysis. Experience in documentation and generating manufacturing records. Strong analytical skills and component identification ability.
