Position: Production Engineer
Experience: 6+ Years (Production Department)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Location: (Enter Company Location)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production activities & ensure on-time delivery.
Operate & supervise Bridge Stacker / Bridge Cutting Machine as part of production workflow.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & Six Sigma practices.
Conduct RCA & implement CAPA to reduce defects.
Coordinate with Quality, Design & Supply Chain teams.
Maintain ISO standards, safety norms & compliance.
Monitor preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Bridge Stacker / Bridge Cutter Machine Operation
Welding: SMAW, MIG, TIG, Submerged Arc
Cutting & Shearing: Pug Machine, Hydraulic Press
Robotics: MIG Welding Robot, Spot Welding
