Production Engineer - Assembly

Roles and Responsibilities:

# Managing and ensuring the shop floor safety, manpower, machines, methods and materials.

# Training the new employees on safety, product quality, process, documentation etc.

# Understand process flow and cycle time study for reducing bottle-neck process cycle time.

# Ensure & monitoring hourly/shift output as per target and share the necessary reports.

# Line-wise Manpower Planning the changeovers, and allocation as desired output.

# Everyday Updating last day results in Daily Management Board

# MRS planning for Continuous Production, coordinate with the shift in charge.

# Daily Rejection monitoring and take permanent action for future failure.

# Work for Productivity improvement activities and Individual Projects related to Quality, cost reduction etc.,

# Monitoring and closing WIP within the target days.

# Ensure and maintain Shop floor 6S as global standard.

# Daily Monitoring Line wise OEE.

# Preparing shift Report, Rejection reports & Quality documents.

# Achieving production, safety, quality and other metrics of the line

# Maintaining the competency of the team at an optimum level to ensure efficient utilization

# Developing, motivating and managing the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹393,484.56 - ₹457,456.72 per year
