Role & responsibilities

Make accurate & timely production planning
Manage production schedule for achieving production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources
Implement new approaches of production and come up with automations wherever possible
Ensure accuracy in production as per the specifications of design team for new product
Estimate costs for production and setting the quality standards for the products
Reduce the abnormal wastage and achieve yield %
Ensure least breakdown time for the resources
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipments
Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
Effectively co-ordinate with other department managers to implement the policies & goals of the company
Accurate and timely reporting to the management
Ensure that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly
Track production data using standard data-capturing method
Supervise and motivate team members to meet production targets
Ensure proper housekeeping of the premises by the team

Preferred candidate profile

Strong SAP PP Module and Microsoft Excel knowledge
Experience of leading Production, Maintenance and co-ordinate with other functions for achieving best results
Result oriented approach with ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
Knowledge of Plastic Processing Machines and Equipment
