Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at DNEG, your role involves aiding the smooth running of high-end animated feature film projects by supporting the production and supervision team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information throughout the project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that artists understand their schedule of work - Relaying information back to the production and supervision team - Coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and departments - Efficiently maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses - Coordinating dailies and taking detailed notes - Ensuring the smooth flow of materials to and from the client Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience as a Production Coordinator - Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Experience in working with databases, preferably Shotgun - Knowledge of FTP software - Diploma or equivalent education - Aptitude for learning new software Nice to have qualifications include: - Knowledge of animation terminology and environment - HTML / Wiki skills - Knowledge of Filemaker In addition to the qualifications, you should: - Be passionate about film - Be a clear communicator of succinct and accurate information - Be organized, pro-active, and a self-starter - Remain calm under pressure and capable of delivering to short deadlines - Be adaptable to changing scenarios and show initiative - Maintain a positive, can-do attitude This role offers you the opportunity to be a vital part of the production process of high-end animated feature films at DNEG.,
