Job Role: Assistant Production Manager Category: Value added Chicken products Company: Jubilant Food Works Your Impact: * Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of frozen and Fresh Value added Chicken Products * Drive innovation in day to day processes * Build and lead a world-class production team * Collaborate with R&D to bring new product innovations * Optmized production efficiency while maintaining premium quality * 100% compliance with quality standards * Products are produced with proper yield & cost. What Youll Do * Oversee daily production operations including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation * Manage our end to end production lines * Lead quality control processes and maintain standard operating procedures * Drive continuous improvement initiatives * Manage inventory and supply chain coordination * Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards * Build and mentor the production team * Step to step loss analysis * G&A Costing and Budget forecasting What You’ll Need * Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment * 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in frozen food production * Very Strong understanding of product science, processing impact and machine operations * Strong understanding of GMP, food safety standards and EHS * Experience with production planning and inventory management * Team leadership experience * Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills & strong excel skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Food Technology, or related field The X Factors * Experience in frozen food manufacturing * Micro level Understanding in food science and technology * Knowledge in process excellence projects * SAP application * Basic knowledge of product commercialization
