Production Associate

As a Production Associate at Huntsman Corporation in Pune, India, you will be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed during the shift, maintaining EHS standards, and communicating management actions and future prospects to associates. Your role will involve managing shift staff to achieve quality targets, monitoring production operation process performance, and collaborating with other Shift Incharges for effective production handovers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing the company's continuous improvement plan, 5S Programme, and Waste Management Programme. You will work closely with Shift Incharges to monitor training schedules and enhance the skills of Production associates. Additionally, you will conduct production meetings with QC & Maintenance departments, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues.
