EXP : 7 - 10 Years

Loc : Bangalore ( Sarjapur )

Work Mode: 6 days working from office

Mode of interview : Face to Face

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Production/Application Support or SRE/DevOps, with 3+ years leading support teams for mission-critical BFSI systems.

Strong BFSI lending/collections understanding; exposure to SLI/JLG/SHG/INDL is a plus. Technical depth: Solid SQL for diagnostics (PostgreSQL/Yugabyte/MySQL or equivalent).
Log analysis and tracing (e.g., ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch, distributed tracing).
Comfortable with REST APIs, microservices, message queues (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ), caches (e.g., Redis).
Android app support basics (crash/ANR, versioning, device/network constraints, sync conflicts). AWS fundamentals (EC2/EKS/LB/RDS/S3/CloudWatch/IAM guardrails).
Process discipline: ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change), SLAs/OLAs, RCAs, release governance.
Soft skills: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, planning & organization, and a hands-on ownership mindset. Good to Have
Experience with Camunda/DMN, Kafka lag triage, API gateways, or high-scale mobile rollouts. Exposure to security, PII handling, and audit requirements in banking
