Product Website Management (TCS RMS/OMS Development)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our website and the TCS Risk Management System (RMS) and Order Management System (OMS). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of RMS/OMS workflows to drive product enhancements, ensure seamless integration, and deliver an excellent user experience. Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company website, ensuring it meets business and user needs. Lead product development and enhancements for the TCS RMS and OMS platforms in collaboration with technology and operations teams. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders including risk, trading, compliance, and business units. Coordinate with TCS developers and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of RMS/OMS features. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and drive continuous improvements in RMS/OMS functionalities. Ensure seamless integration between the website, RMS, OMS, and other internal systems. Work closely with UX/UI teams to improve user experience across digital platforms. Develop product roadmaps and release plans aligned with organizational goals. Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct sessions for end-users and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements relevant to RMS and OMS. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably with exposure to RMS/OMS systems. Strong understanding of TCS RMS and OMS modules, workflows, and customization capabilities. Experience managing website products including content updates, UX improvements, and technical enhancements. Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. Experience working in capital markets, brokerage, or financial services technology. Knowledge of risk management, order management, and trading operations. Technical background or experience in software development life cycle. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to trading systems
