Product Trainer

Role Overview: As a Trainer in the Learning & Development/Training department, your primary role will be to design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training materials, conducting workshops and sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct engaging training sessions to enhance employees" skills and knowledge. - Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through assessments and feedback. - Develop Training Materials: Prepare training manuals, guides, and presentations tailored to the audience. - Conduct Workshops & Sessions: Lead interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and presentations for effective learning. - Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback and assess the impact of training on employee performance. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs. - Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. - Knowledge of adult learning principles. - Patience and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles.
