Product Testing

The Product Tester is responsible for evaluating and verifying the quality, safety, and performance of products before they are released to the market. This role involves systematic testing, identifying defects, providing actionable feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet WorldRef’s standards and customer expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate Products: Test and assess products according to established protocols and procedures to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Document Results: Record detailed test results, document any defects, and communicate findings to relevant teams
• Create Test Plans: Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases for new products, including both manual and automated testing where applicable
• Identify Issues: Detect defects, potential problems, and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance product quality
• Collaborate: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product testing and quality assurance
• Feedback: Provide clear, constructive feedback on usability, functionality, and user experience to guide product enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting and feedback
• Ability to follow systematic testing procedures and protocols
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with both manual and automated testing methods is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the products being tested
• Time management skills to meet testing deadlines and project schedules
• Familiarity with product testing tools, documentation software, and reporting systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
