Product Support Specialist (Ahm)

We are seeking a motivated Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on ensuring our software product meets quality standards, providing exceptional client support, and facilitating communication between technical teams and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct thorough testing of new features and product updates to ensure functionality and quality.

● Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.

● Provide technical support to clients via phone, addressing and resolving their queries effectively.

● Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

● Assist the Product Manager with various tasks, including gathering user feedback and preparing documentation.

● Act as a bridge between the technical team and client-facing teams (CA/CS) to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

● Facilitate the flow of information regarding product capabilities and updates to internal teams.

● Prepare and Maintain product documentation, presentations etc.

Requirement

● 0-1 years (or plus) of experience in Support role

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
