To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CX support, technical support, or product support, with knowledge of ACBS, LoanIQ, or Commercial Lending domains. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams. You will work in the Chennai location and operate in the US Pacific timezone, demonstrating fluency in English, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an MBA in Finance is preferred for this role.
