Were looking for a Customer Support Executive who can help our users unlock the full potential of our AI productivity platform thats changing how teams work.

Heres what you will do:

  • Provide exceptional, empathetic support that makes our customers feel heard, valued, and empowered to succeed with our AI tools.
  • Master our platform inside-out to guide users through everything from quick sign-ups to advanced AI agent configurations, workspace management, and collaborative features.
  • Troubleshoot with creativity and patience whether its helping a team set up their first shared workspace, explaining credit pools, or walking someone through our AUTO mode that picks the best AI for their task.
  • Be our customers voice internally gather feedback, identify pain points, and work with our product team to make Chaturji even better.
  • Create helpful resources such as FAQ updates, how-to guides, and best practice tips that help our community grow stronger.

  • Natural problem-solver with patience and genuine care for helping others succeed.
  • Tech-savvy communicator who can explain complex AI concepts in simple, friendly terms.
  • Multi-channel support pro comfortable with chat, email, video calls, and whatever our customers need.
