Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support tickets via email, chat, and helpdesk tools within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and API-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues and document bugs for engineering teams.
  • Guide customers with clear solutions and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams for issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in technical/customer support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, and ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT, SSO) and basic web security.
  • Frontend troubleshooting skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Log analysis and basic scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
