In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, delivering prompt customer feedback, and supporting the implementation of new applications, among other responsibilities. As a Web Solution Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Following up with clients to ensure issue resolution - Managing internal and external escalations via various communication channels - Interacting with customers through multiple mediums to address their concerns efficiently - Testing and analyzing our current and upcoming products and services - Reporting bugs and collaborating on solutions - Developing strategies to enhance customer experience, internal processes, and business performance - Being available to work in a 24x7 rotational shift setup To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: - Preferred degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Commitment to achieving challenging goals and contributing meaningfully - Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and engage effectively - Proficiency in identifying and addressing customer needs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong computer and internet skills with a willingness to learn new technologies - Enthusiasm for technology and a strong online presence Additionally, candidates should have technical knowledge in areas such as: - Networking and DNS basics - Domain names and web hosting servers - Hardware, Linux/Windows Operating Systems - cPanel/Plesk - Web and Email servers configuration and troubleshooting - CMS applications like WordPress At Newfold Digital, we offer a dynamic work environment that includes options for remote, hybrid, or office-based work setups.
