Product Strategy Analyst

As a Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst at HighRadius, you will be an integral part of the Strategy & Operations team that focuses on devising the organizational strategy to achieve its vision and Mission statement. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analysis, synthesizing information, and deriving key insights to drive various deliverables. Working with the expert SNOW team, you will collaborate with internal departments to support the organization in achieving its set goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing excel models, analyzing large sets of data, supporting project leads, and facilitating meetings to enable decision making. You will be actively involved in new business development, thought leadership, and firm building activities. Your ability to present findings verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences will be crucial in explaining complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Key responsibilities will also include creating frameworks, disseminating knowledge to company leadership, and working with diverse international teams to provide insights and support. You will play a key role in program managing strategic initiatives with key stakeholders, showcasing your strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Product Strategy, along with experience in working with or leading consulting teams in projects. Your ability to synthesize complex information, generate meaningful insights, and present them effectively will be essential. Proficiency in analysis and modeling using various tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and others is required. Additionally, having a sound understanding of Project Management techniques and tools will be beneficial.
