Product Stewardship Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Implements the Global Product Stewardship Standard and assists with product regulatory compliance activities. Maintains conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within product stewardship, product hazards, and product end-use applications.

Responsibilities / Duties Responsible for reviewing and approving Safety Data Sheets (SDS)/Labels.

Supports product literature reviews for Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) (i.e., product brochures, Technical Safety Data Sheet, external presentations, etc.)Assists in Product Regulatory Compliance activities (e.g. Inventory registrations)

Assists in Product Risk Characterization Participates in key work processes (i.e. Business Risk Review, Management of Change, Change Management Tool request, etc.)

Manages business specific EH&S customer inquiries within timelines given in Customer Experience (Cx) framework Supports compliance with the business Product Stewardship Program

Gains full knowledge of product stewardship practices within the business and uses this expertise to develop EH&S solutions

Supports business sustainability goals Identifies events that could qualify for Product Stewardship Metric reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 Yrs experience in Product stewardship

Good Communication skills.
