Product Specialist - Retail Payments

As a Solution Architect at Standard Chartered in Chennai, IN, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and governance policies. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Owners, Security teams, and Chapters to ensure high-quality software delivery and provide technical leadership to development teams. In your role, you will drive innovation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning technical solutions with the organization's long-term technology vision and business goals. You will also leverage automation, CI/CD, and Sec DevOps practices to enhance software development efficiency. Your expertise in ATM/POS switching, Debit Card Issuance/Management, encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards will be essential in this position. To be successful in this role, you should have a B TECH or BE or MBA degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related IT area with 8 to 16 years of experience. Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless, VISA, and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring, EFT transaction switching and processing, PCI DSS, PA DSS compliance requirements, and Switch integration with VISA/Mastercard is mandatory. Experience in Web Service integration, APIs, end-to-end systems development life cycles, solution architecture documentation, and programming languages is also required.
