Product Specialist

You will be working as a Sr. Property Advisor/Property Advisor at NK Realtors, a renowned Real Estate Company based in Kolkata. Your primary role will involve being the main point of contact between the organization and its clients. You will be responsible for answering client queries, providing advice, introducing new products, demonstrating and presenting properties, as well as selling or leasing properties to clients. Your key responsibilities will include converting prospects into customers by showcasing properties that match their requirements in terms of price, size, and location. You will use leads provided by the company and generate self-leads through business directories and client referrals. Following up with customers over the telephone, visiting them at their preferred venues, and providing end-to-end guidance during site visits will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will maintain records of customer interactions and bookings through the CRM application. To excel in this role, you must have good knowledge of properties to provide clients with the necessary information for decision-making. Marketing skills are essential to present properties persuasively, both in person and on paper. Compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant laws is crucial. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduation degree in any stream and 2-5 years of experience in handling sales profiles. A deep interest in sales as a career prospect, understanding customer requirements, being a good team player, and having a decent aptitude for property solutions are also key attributes required for this role.
