Product Specialist- Healthcare

As an Esco Lifesciences Group employee, you will play a crucial role in providing enabling technologies, products, and services to support the life sciences and healthcare industries. With headquarters in Singapore and a global presence, Esco is a leader in multiple categories within the fastest-growing segments, particularly excelling in the Chinese market. Your contributions will be instrumental in bridging technologies, products, and talent across the world. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to support sales, marketing, and technical teams effectively. - Monitor production activities closely to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. - Assist in the preparation of product documentation, dossiers, and compliance reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Sales. - Conduct product training sessions for both internal staff and external customers. - Address customer inquiries promptly and provide technical product support as needed. - Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to propose product enhancements. - Keep abreast of competitor products, market dynamics, and industry regulations. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Possess at least 12 years of experience in a factory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, or regulatory compliance is advantageous. - Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Demonstrate a willingness to travel when necessary. - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, production processes, or quality systems. - Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.,
