About Akbar Travels:

Akbar Travels is a leading global travel management company, offering comprehensive travel solutions to B2B, corporate and retail clients. As part of our continued growth in travel technology, we are seeking a Product Specialist to support and enhance our Corporate Booking Tool (CBT) platform.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in managing CBT tools and a strong understanding of corporate travel requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the product and operations teams to support the day-to-day management, feature enhancements, and client-specific configurations of the tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and improving the Corporate Booking Tool (CBT)
Liaise with internal teams and tech partners to resolve issues and implement changes
Support feature configurations based on client requirements
Conduct product testing and ensure accurate implementation of new features
Provide functional support and training to internal teams or clients, if needed
Track usage patterns and assist in product optimization initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on Corporate Booking Tools
Background in the travel industry is mandatory
Understanding of GDS, mid/back-office integration, and corporate travel workflows
Strong communication and analytical skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and troubleshoot digital tools
