Akbar Travels is a leading global travel management company, offering comprehensive travel solutions to B2B, corporate and retail clients. As part of our continued growth in travel technology, we are seeking a Product Specialist to support and enhance our Corporate Booking Tool (CBT) platform.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in managing CBT tools and a strong understanding of corporate travel requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the product and operations teams to support the day-to-day management, feature enhancements, and client-specific configurations of the tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and improving the Corporate Booking Tool (CBT)
• Liaise with internal teams and tech partners to resolve issues and implement changes
• Support feature configurations based on client requirements
• Conduct product testing and ensure accurate implementation of new features
• Provide functional support and training to internal teams or clients, if needed
• Track usage patterns and assist in product optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on Corporate Booking Tools
• Background in the travel industry is mandatory
• Understanding of GDS, mid/back-office integration, and corporate travel workflows
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and troubleshoot digital tools
