Product Sourcing Manager

As a Product Sourcing Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in supplier discovery, evaluation, product sourcing, quality control, supplier relationship management, market research, and cost analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and identifying potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. - Conducting thorough evaluations of suppliers based on factors such as product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability. - Actively sourcing products that meet specific product specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. - Establishing and implementing quality control measures to ensure that sourced products meet or exceed company standards. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. - Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging product opportunities. - Conducting cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product pricing. Your qualifications and skills should include: - 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, particularly in Consumer Durables. - Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, with P&L experience preferred. - Being a self-starter and problem solver with the ability to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them. - Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast-paced environments, working with ambiguity in a startup environment.
